Young people who commit crimes should be treated in the same way as adults. To what extent do you agree or disagree?
建议思路：（可在如何避免青少年犯罪的思路上加入一些与成年罪犯的对比即可）
I tend to disagree
对于年轻人或青少年罪犯，应该与成人在教育引导，出狱适应等各个方面给予更多的关注和支持。1. 青少年很多缺乏法律意识，尤其是触犯了较轻的罪行例如偷窃等的罪犯，应该给予更多的教育引导，扶正其法律意识和行为思想。避免出狱后再次犯罪。
2. 另外年轻人出狱后未来的路还很长，应该给予更多的机会去选择工作和未来的发展，否则这些年轻人很容易重新走上犯罪的道路。
3. 考虑到有的青少年罪犯出狱后还未到工作年龄，政府应该建立一些社区或者提供特定的教育要求，让这些人能集中进行再教育和工作，保障一个良好的成长环境，逐渐引导其成年后能良好的发展。
然而，不可否认，对于犯罪而言，不仅危害社会，也对受害者造成了伤害，如果区别对待，那么对于年轻人或者青少年罪犯而言就会有侥幸心理。从而乘自己未成年或年轻而轻易尝试犯罪。所以对于一些严重的罪行而言，在惩罚方面的确不应该有太大的差别，这样才会对潜在的犯罪行为有约束作用。但是，在狱中的教育过程应该受到更多的关注和引导，这样才能减少其再次犯罪的可能性。
总之，我觉得为了避免年纪小的人轻易犯罪，在犯罪惩罚上不应有太大的差别。但是考虑到这些年轻人未来的发展和可塑性，年轻罪犯和青少年罪犯在教育引导和出狱生活上应该得到更多的关注。
