关于我省高等教育自学考试开考公共关系学等专业的通知
根据经济建设、社会发展和新兴产业对专业人才和高素质创新人才的需求，经研究批准，决定在我省开考公共关系学（专升本）、环境设计（专升本）、数字媒体艺术设计（专科）、环境艺术设计（专科）四个专业。确定中国传媒大学为公共关系学（专升本）专业的主考学校；哈尔滨学院为环境设计（专升本）、环境艺术设计（专科）两个专业的主考学校；黑龙江大学为数字媒体艺术设计（专科）专业的主考学校。各专业课程设置已在“自考频道”专业课程查询栏目公布。其中，公共关系学（专升本）、环境设计（专升本）、环境艺术设计（专科）三个专业首考时间为2024年10月，数字媒体艺术设计（专科）首考时间为2025年4月。各专业2024年10月开考课程及指定教材详见附件。
